Osram Lumilux T5 HO

The Osram Lumilux T5 HO has an excellent luminous flux and very good lumen maintenance, making it an ideal replacement for standardOsram Lumilux T5 tubes. 

Osram Lumilux T5 HO Features

The Osram Lumilux T5 HO are very efficient fluorescent tubes which have a low energy consumption but still emit a bright light, as a result of their high output. They have an excellent luminous flux which does not decrease below 90% over the entire tubes lifetime. The Lumilux T5 HO are 20% more economical than standard Lumilux T5 fluorescent tubes, and have a 50% smaller volume, than comparable T8 tubes. 

The T5 HO has a G5 socket fitting, with a 16mm diameter. 

  • High colour rendering index: 80-89Ra, meaning colours appear as they should in the light
  • Long lifetime: 24,000 hours
  • Dimmable 

How to choose the right Osram Lumilux T5 HO?

It is very important that you do not change the wattage of your tube as this directly relates to its length. If you do then the dimensions will change and it may no longer fit into your current fixtures. Your tube will also not work with your ballast, if the wattage is changed.

  • Wattage: 24W, 39W, 49W, 54W or 80W.
  • Colour Temperature: 2700K (warm), 3000K (neutral), 4000K (cold), 6500K (daylight) or 8000K (cool blue).

Application

As a result of their high output, they are commonly used in places such as warehouse, car parks and in industrial areas.  

Please note: You can only use an electronic ballast with your Osram Lumilux T5 HO .
